We collect information that participating agencies and authorized users submit through the secure upload portal, including audio/video case files, case identifiers, and officer contact information used for report delivery.

How We Use Information

To process submitted recordings and generate structured case reports.
To deliver completed reports to the authorized requesting officer.
To maintain billing records associated with an agency's account.
To maintain and improve the security and reliability of our service.

Data Retention & Security

Uploaded files and generated reports are handled in accordance with each agency's retention agreement and are stored using encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Temporary processing files are removed on a scheduled basis.
