Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CIFR Solutions AI-assisted case report generation platform ("Service") by authorized law enforcement agencies and their personnel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Beta Service Notice

The Service is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We appreciate your participation and feedback as we continue to improve the platform.

Authorized Use

Access to the Service is provided to agencies under a billing arrangement and is restricted to personnel authorized by the agency. Accounts and access credentials may not be shared outside the agency. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

Submitted Content

Agencies retain full ownership of all audio, video, and case-related content submitted to the Service. Submitted content is processed solely to generate the requested case report and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Reports

Reports generated by the Service are produced using automated transcription and AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. All reports should be reviewed by authorized agency personnel for accuracy before use in any official proceeding, filing, or record.

Billing

Use of the Service is billed on an hours-processed basis as agreed with each agency. Agencies are responsible for monitoring their account balance. Processing will be paused if available credit is depleted; service resumes once credit is restored.

Service Availability

While we aim for high availability, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Report generation times may vary based on file length and system load. CIFR Solutions shall not be liable for delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIFR Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated reports. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the agency in the three months preceding the claim.
